- Your Business Name – Company Number – Email Address – Contact Person.
- Description of your existing activity.
- Photos of your environment (exterior and interior views).
- Location of the activity (location).

The Postal Service Fee can be paid by the sender in cash or by Bank (Weekly or Monthly Analytical Invoice)
If the recipient is unavailable:
- The shipment receives the status “Returned to Warehouse” or “Problematic” with the relevant comments (e.g., incorrect address, request for delivery on a different date, incorrect phone number…etc.).
- You will be notified by email from the system about the relevant issue.

- There is uncertainty over the amount billed.
- Your detailed claims (e.g., damage, delay, unfair charging, etc.).
- Details about the shipment (such as the shipment number).
Payments can be made: • By bank transfer. • By cash withdrawal at Mr.Courier offices.
