Every user of the Postal Services of the company Mr.Courier has the right to complain or seek clarification from the postal service provider, if he/she finds a violation in fulfilling the general terms and conditions of the provision of the Postal Service:

For service provision, if the complaint refers to the quality of the service provided.

Upon receipt of the invoice for the service provided, if the complaint refers to the amount invoiced for the service provided.

The Postal Service User may submit a written complaint within 30 days: At the company's offices and/or by email to the official address: info@mrcourier.al of the Mr.Courier ! Company.

The complaint must clearly and in detail specify the claims of the Postal Service User towards the company Mr. Courier, such as: Damage to the Shipment, Delay in the provision of the Service, Unfair Pricing, Violation of Privacy Rights, etc.

Upon receipt of the complaint, Mr.Courier must verify the complaint and, after verification, return a response no later than 30 days after receipt of the complaint from the Customer / Postal Service User.

If the Customer / User of the Postal Service does not agree with the written response of the postal service provider “Mr. Courier Company” , then the Customer / User of the Postal Service shall address the AKEP institution based on Law No. 46/2015 ON POSTAL SERVICES IN THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA.

AKEP, shqyrton të gjitha provat e paraqitura dhe brënda 30 ditëve nga marrja e kërkeses, merr vendimin lidhur me mosmarreveshjen. Ky vendim është i detyrueshëm për të dyja palët, nëse nuk kundërshtohet brënda 30 ditëve nga dita e marrjes dijeni në gjykatën kompetente, sipas legjislacionit në fuqi. 285. AKEP, zgjidh mosmarrëveshjet në mënyrë transparente, të shpejtë, objektive dhe jodiskriminuese.

INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE OFFERED BY MR.COURIER SHPK COMPANY!

Procedure for Deliveries of Shipments Through the Postal Network Mr.Courier !

Every Mr.Courier client is provided with a Personal Portal in the Mr.Courier System, which enables: Registration of shipments, tracking of shipments and any other information in connection with the history of each shipment.

The Client (Sender) registers the shipment in the system, from where a Shipment Number is generated for each shipment. The shipment receives the status “New Shipment”. The Client notifies Mr.Courier by phone/email for the collection of the Shipments.

Mr.Courier's employees/agents go to the Client's address, pick up the shipments in the presence of the Client (Sender) and bring them to the Mr.Courier Warehouse. The shipments are scanned and receive the status “ Warehouse Received”.

After the careful processing process in the Mr.Courier Warehouse, the shipments are assigned to the courier in the respective areas throughout the country and the shipments receive the Status “ For Delivery”.

Employees/Couriers/Agents of the Mr.Courier company contact the recipient of the shipment by phone to confirm the delivery of the shipment. In cases where the Receiver accepts his shipment, the Shipment receives the status “Delivered”. In cases where the Receiver is not available to accept the shipment, the shipment returns to the Warehouse and receives the status “Returned to Warehouse” with the appropriate comments such as: requests delivery on another date, incorrect address, refuses to accept the shipment...etc.

The Client (Sender) can request to be notified by email via the Mr. Courier system about the final status of the shipment.

With the approval/confirmation of the Client (Sender) at the end of the delivery processes, reconciliations are carried out. Mr.Courier Shpk then sends the Client (Sender) the corresponding invoice for the performance of the service.

Payments can be made: Bank Transfers and/or Cash (Cash in Hand).
